This turbine went through a major overhauland upgrade within one year of it’s
decommissioning. New hydraulic controls were installed to control
the governor and auto-extraction steam.  A solid state exciter panel is also
provided.  The inlet steam steam (200 psi to 225 psi) came from an extraction
port on two other turbines at the same site which have been decommissioned
and sold. The 5 psig steam was used to heat several buildings. The condenser
was sized to reject heat when the building heating loads reduced. However, it
is not large enough to reject 100% of the turbine steam flow.
